A 65-year-old man from Blagoevgrad was transported to a capital facility after being bitten by a snake.
Yesterday, the man was watering his garden when he was injured by the reptile, but he did not seek help until before noon today, indicated "Nova TV".
The man saw that the bite site was not going down, and because of the huge swelling, he sought medical help. Today's case is the third bite in two weeks in Blagoevgradsko. So far, a 20-year-old girl in Kresna, as well as a man who went into the forest to collect mushrooms, have been injured.
