The local administration in Yambol is financially supporting 13 owners of burnt houses in the villages of Voden and Kraynovo . The aid is for people who live permanently in the two villages. This was decided by the specialized commission at the Municipal Council - Yambol, the Municipality announced.
The chairman of the councilors in Yambol Anton Shikov and members of the commission visited the two villages and talked with the victims. A donation will be made for ten burnt houses in Voden and three in Kraynovo. It is expected that in the coming days their owners will submit the necessary declarations in order to receive the money.
The sums will be distributed equally, Shikov specified, quoted by BNT.
At their meeting a week ago, the Yambol councilors voted 45,000 BGN to help those left homeless after the fires in Bolyarovsko. The money is from their salaries and insurance contributions for August. The same gesture was made by the mayor of Yambol, Valentin Revanski, which brought the amount to nearly BGN 50,000, the Municipality announced earlier.
