Three people were charged on Thursday. These are the businessman Rumen Gaitanski - Valka, the former head of the state-owned Bulgarian Development Bank Stoyan Mavrodiev and Ivan Georgiev, the lawyer who represents the company that used the loan. He is now in custody until the other two can be found.
