Hollywood star Johnny Depp surprised children in a Spanish hospital, bTV reported.
The actor is in the country for the annual Basque Film Festival, where he is presenting his second directorial film - “Modi: Three Days on the Wing of Madness”.
During one of the breaks, Depp visited the little patients, sneaking into their rooms in his iconic pirate costume. So Captain Jack Sparrow talked and played with the children.
This isn't the first time Depp, 61, has visited children in hospital dressed in costume.
In 2007, he regularly visited London's Great Ormond Street Hospital, where his daughter Lily-Rose was being treated for kidney failure caused by E.coli poisoning.
And then he transformed into the character from “Pirates of the Caribbean” to cheer up the patients in the hospital.
