Toshko Yordanov: Boyko Borisov - prime minister is an absurdity - 1

And ITN rejected the possibility of a government with Prime Minister Boyko Borisov. First, it must be clear what majority would support such a government and what policy it would implement.

This was pointed out to the BNR by the Deputy Chairman of ITN Toshko Yordanov.

"This is a question in which one part of the answer is: "Boyko Borisov Prime Minister – absurd" and the other - it is extremely early to answer, we do not yet have a Speaker of the National Assembly, Yordanov replied to the words of GERB Chairman Boyko Borisov, according to whom a government could be formed between GERB-SDS, PP-DB, BSP and ITN .

So far, nobody has talked to us about anything. As far as I understand from my colleagues, the first political force has not spoken to any of them either. These statements are just someone saying something in front of the cameras, commented the deputy.

And more: "The commitment is in them, they are leading, they have to make conversations. And we are also clear - if there will be any government, it must be clear what policy it will pursue, what the legislative program will be.

"From head to toe" - it's not the approach, it's the wrong approach we looked at. This is how they made the assembly and we are in this mess because of this whole assembly, which made extremely harmful and foolish, I would say, changes in the Constitution, which we will now have to fix.

According to Yordanov, the only way for this National Assembly to work is to accept their proposal that the chairmanship be taken over by the oldest among the deputies, Silvi Kirilov.

"There is an understanding that this is a good option - in the ranks of BSP, MECH and APS. "Revival" and PP-DB e said that they should discuss, and I completely understand them - to discuss with the rest of their parliamentary groups, but this is an elegant and acceptable way for everyone. After that, if there is a majority, of course Mr. Kirilov will resign, and the majority will elect a chairman," explained Toshko Yordanov.
