The Constitutional Court opened a case for contesting the results of the national elections representatives in the 51st National Assembly. This becomes known from a message on the institution's website.

"The general and prevailing public opinion is that the conduct of the early elections for people's representatives in the XLI National Assembly were accompanied and filled with many and various violations, some of which have the character of crimes,'' it is said in the request to the Constitutional Court.

On November 8, the Constitutional Court opened a constitutional case at the request of 67 people's representatives from the 50th National Assembly to challenge the legality of the election of people's representatives in 52 sections in the ones produced on October 27, 2024. elections for the National Assembly.
