Tsvetan Tsirkov is the new member of the Supervisory Board of “Lukoil Neftochim Burgas“ AD, it became clear after the company's General Meeting held today. Tsirkov is a long-time civil servant in the Ministry of Economy and Industry.
The state, represented by the Ministry of Energy, owns one class “A“ share (the so-called “golden share“) of the refinery's capital. In this capacity, the state has the right to propose one of the members of the company's Supervisory Board, whom the General Meeting of Shareholders is obliged to elect.
Tsirkov will take up the position after being entered in the Commercial Register, a request for which has already been submitted by “Lukoil Neftochim Burgas“ AD.
