The road to Vitosha is passable for cars, but public transport is experiencing difficulties. Shortly before noon, a bus full of children got stuck for a short time. After putting on chains, the vehicle continued its way up the mountain, Nova TV reported.
Cars are stopping about a kilometer before the Aleko hut. The road there is icy in the higher parts. After stopping, cars have difficulty starting. Driving with chains is recommended. There are police teams on site to help organize traffic.
Skiers are able to go on the slopes. Temperatures are low.
