A serious traffic accident occurred on the road between Velingrad and the village of Yundola, in the area of the village of Sveta Petka. One person died in the incident, the Regional Directorate (RD) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - Pazardzhik announced.
A truck and a passenger car collided head-on, on a bend. According to initial data, the driver of the passenger car died on the spot, and his identity is still unclear.
There are teams from the Regional Directorate - Velingrad and the fire department on the scene. The road is not closed, traffic is being carried out in one lane, and an inspection is being carried out.
