The behavior of the people with the pickup truck is a violation of the law. But the brutal physical assault that the municipal official resorted to is an even greater violation of the law, and probably a crime.

There is no inevitable defense, but a physical attack against verbal aggression. Even police officers have strict restrictions on the use of force and auxiliary means. However, CMG employees have no right to use force, even against violators. Let alone that they would come out like neighborhood thugs (some of them unfortunately are just that) and beat up citizens without this being in the conditions of inevitable defense.
Terziev - clean your thugs out of the CMG! And don't talk to me about increasing parking prices, but about organizing more parking spaces in the center.
Remove the hundreds of pointless and deserted spaces for scooters and two-wheelers so that people can park normally. I remind you that your election promises, with which you deceived some of the people of Sofia, included the construction of new parking lots. Where are they???
