The bear bait, which entered the monastery "St. Spas" in Sopot yesterday, returned to the monastery again tonight. She ate another one of the donated lambs for sacrifice. Cameras of the State Forestry Department detected her on the southern side of the monastery.

Today at 11:00 a.m. a commission from the Regional Inspectorate for Environmental Protection and the State Forestry Department will describe the damage caused. If the bait is not chased away and returns again, further measures will be taken. According to the law, in the event of 2 consecutive attacks, it can be proposed to the Minister of Agriculture and Food for shooting.
The local authorities have urged that no one should feed or leave food for the bear in the villa area above Sopot.
