The Government has granted the Burgas Municipality a free construction right on a property - public property. The land is located in the city of Burgas and covers an area of the Black Sea after the coastline intended for a port. With the investment, the municipality will build a protected boathouse with a total area of 25,757 sq. m, located at the bottom of the Burgas Bay. The site intended for construction does not include sand dunes, does not fall within protected areas or in “Natura 2000” zones.
The Government has granted permission to change the status of part of a property, representing buildings, by declaring them private state property and has given its consent for them to be removed. The properties are located on the territory of the village of Voluyak, Sofia Region. This will allow the implementation of the projects "Development of the Sofia Railway Junction: Sofia - Voluyak Railway Section" and "Modernization of the Sofia - Dragoman - Serbian Border Railway: Voluyak - Dragoman Section".
By decision of the government, properties - private property on the territory of the Targovishte region are being expropriated for the construction of nearly 12 km of the "Hemus" Motorway from km 299+000 to km 310+940. They are located in the lands of the villages of Saedinenie and Makariopolsko, Targovishte Municipality. The funds for compensating the owners are at the expense of the "Road Infrastructure" Agency. The decision may be appealed to the Supreme Administrative Court on the location of the properties within 14 days of its notification to the interested parties in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code.
The Government declares part of a property - public state property to be property - private state property and gives consent for its removal. It consists of two buildings - a gymnasium and a warm connection to it, located in the courtyard of the Vocational High School of High Technologies “Alexander Stepanovich Popov“ in the city of Sofia. The property has been granted management rights to the Ministry of Education and Science for the needs of the educational institution. The buildings will be removed from the school at its expense due to their severely damaged structure and their economically inexpedient restoration and reinforcement. It is planned to build a new gymnasium in their place under Module 1 “Design and construction of new gymnasiums“ of the “Program for construction and major renovation of sports grounds and gymnasiums in state and municipal schools for the period 2024 - 2027“
Svilengrad Municipality receives ownership of a land plot - private state property for the construction of a new street (alley). It has an area of 7011 sq. m. and is located in the “Akhtalaka“ area. Public access to the park area will be improved through the development activities. According to the government decision, if the planned site is not implemented within five years of the acquisition of the property, the local administration will have to transfer it to the state. The regional governor of Haskovo must develop a control mechanism through which to carry out periodic checks on the fulfillment of the conditions under which the property is transferred to the municipality.
