From January to November 2025, 16.9 million square meters of housing, equivalent to 154,300 homes, were put into operation in Kazakhstan. This was announced by Kuandik Kazhkenov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as reported by Kazinform.
„These figures exceed the planned indicators set in the president's election program, which set a target for 2025 of 15.9 million square meters“, Kuandik Kazhkenov noted.
He also emphasized that the construction industry has demonstrated stable growth.
„The volume of completed construction works has increased by 14.7% compared to last year, reaching 8.1 trillion tenge“, the deputy minister added.
