Ukrainian entrepreneur Serhiy Dyadechko has decided to invest EUR 150 million in the construction of a new plant for the processing of grain and oil crops in Serbia. The project was discussed at a meeting between him and the Serbian Minister of Agriculture, Aleksandar Martynović, and it was decided that wheat, corn and soybeans produced locally, and then exported, would be processed in the new production base.
Diadechko is among the most famous Ukrainian businessmen abroad, and his activities cover a number of economic sectors. He is the president of two basketball clubs – Monaco and Donetsk, and is also under the management of the Ukrainian Team Sports Federation. His name is associated with two bank bankruptcies, as well as scandals in the “Transport“ sector. and the RES sector.
