In the first years after its founding, the headquarters of "Postbank" was behind the National Palace of Culture. Then it went through several offices until it settled in one of the mastodons opposite Business Park Sofia on the Ring Road. The bank's latest property acquisition - the building at 15-21 "Vasil Levski" Blvd., however, reveals the management's intentions to move back to the central part of Sofia.
The building is located on a plot of 2 acres, and its total built-up area is 6900 sq m. The special thing is that a house is built into it - an architectural monument. (ed. note. similar to the "Crystal Palace" hotel on the corner of "Shipka" and "Krakra" streets).
The official price of the deal is not mentioned, since it is realized through the acquisition of the sole shareholder company "Oscar Estate". However, experts believe that its price is close to the assessment made by experts, namely 39 million EUR.
According to the plan, the building has offices and a hotel part. The ground floors are active commercial areas. From the 2nd to the 6th floors are office spaces, and the top floor is one entire room. There are also 60 underground parking spaces.
