A 24-year-old man stabbed two in Pleven region, one in hospital. This was reported by the police in Pleven.
They specify that on October 25 at 06:12, police officers from the Dolni Dabnik Police Station responded to a report of a fight in the center of the village of Stavertsi.
Upon arrival, they found that three men had quarreled. One of them pulled out a knife and stabbed his opponents. During an inspection, the attacker - a 24-year-old - handed over the knife with a protocol for voluntary surrender. The victims - a 28-year-old and a 44-year-old - were provided with medical assistance.
The 28-year-old was admitted to hospital for medical observation, with no danger to his life. The other has been released for home treatment.
Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated in the case and the Pleven District Prosecutor's Office has been notified.
