A criminally active and convicted man from Stara Zagora has been detained for illegally taking a car from Nessebar, the press center of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - Burgas announced.
The man has been identified as the perpetrator of the theft of a car with a Burgas registration, parked on “Struma” street in Nessebar. The theft was committed on December 29, BTA reported.
The stolen vehicle was discovered after operational-search actions by officers of the “Criminal Police” department at the ODMVR - Burgas and the Regional Directorate - Nessebar, with the assistance of police teams from the ODMVR - Gabrovo and Lovech.
The detainee has been charged, and by decree of the supervising prosecutor, a measure of "detention" has been imposed on him for a period of up to 72 hours.
The work on the case is continuing by employees of the Regional Administration - Nessebar.
