The three bodies found near Okolchitsa Peak correspond to those wanted in the "Petrohan" case. This was confirmed at a briefing by the Ministry of Interior, quoted by Nova TV. An inspection is underway at the place, which has been blocked by the police for hours.
„We are investigating an unprecedented crime. Three shot bodies and a car have been found, which I said at the beginning of the week were being searched in connection with the "Petrohan" case. This was stated by the director of the „National Police" Chief Commissioner Zahari Vaskov.
In his words, “the bodies largely correspond to the persons we are looking for”. “It has been established that there was shooting inside the camper. There is no evidence of shooting from outside at it. We continue to work on all possible versions - murder and suicide”, he pointed out.
The Chief Commissioner stated that weapons were found in the camper, but refused to give details of what exactly. “The vehicle headed towards the Balkans. We searched caves, cave niches and hidden spaces. We have not stopped looking for the camper in the area”, he is categorical.
The Director of the ODMVR - Vratsa, Senior Commissioner Krasimir Yonchev, emphasized that the place where the vehicle was found is difficult to access. "The person who reported the incident had a summer homestead in the area that he was looking after. He reported the incident at 9:29 a.m. that he had found a camper with a face visible in the window," he explained.
