A grandmother and grandson were arrested for drug distribution in the capital, the Ministry of the Interior said.
The police acted on operational information. On September 3 in the “Faculty” they followed the elderly woman and the buyer and caught them immediately after the sale.
During a search of the 65-year-old woman's home, more than 70 envelopes and a larger package with a green grass table, empty spacebags and money were seized.
She and her 19-year-old grandson, whose complicity in the crime is being clarified, are in custody. The buyer was also arrested.
The woman is known to law enforcement for drug distribution. The case is being investigated.
