On September 16 at 2 p.m. an inspection was carried out following a report of a scandal in a transitory home in Strazhitsa. This was revealed by "Bolyar News".
During the scandal, a 37-year-old Russian citizen, a permanent resident of the country, committed obscene acts that grossly violated public order, accompanied by resistance to an authority.
