Six were detained in a specialized police operation in Radomir, the press center of the ODMVR - Pernik announced. Four addresses were searched and numerous stolen items were seized.
The homes were searched in connection with two pre-trial proceedings initiated about a month ago for thefts from homes. During the searches, numerous power tools, an officer's saber, gasoline saws and household goods were seized. Six people aged 19 to 63 were detained for up to 24 hours with police measures.
Two of them have criminal records and convictions, known for thefts and robberies. Three were questioned before a judge and additional material evidence related to the criminal acts was collected. The investigation continues under the supervision of the prosecutor's office.
