Max Verstappen started from the first position in the British Grand Prix at the “Silverstone“ track, reports BTA. Max will start the race in front of the two McLaren cars of Oscar Piastre and Lando Norris.
Piastre, the leader in the drivers' standings, was at the top of the standings for a long time with a lap of 1:24.995 minutes, but the Australian was unable to reach the first place. In the last turn of the track, Verstappen made 1:24.892 minutes and led the standings with a 0.103 second lead.
Norris is on the second row with 1:25.010 minutes, and next to him will be the winner of the Canadian Grand Prix - George Russell (Mercedes). Next are the two Ferrari cars of Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc.
Mercedes' Kimi Antonelli finished seventh ahead of Haas' Oliver Bermann, but the Briton received a 10-place grid penalty for breaking the rules in the third free practice session.
