Many experts have spoken on the topic of the budget over time. The budget is always an apple of discord, which can be commented on from different points of view and everyone is entitled to an opinion on the matter. The truth is that this is not the only budget possible. As they define it, because there are many possible budgets and it is good to stop with this the only budget. The budget may be the only one possible only for the ruling "assembly"4, because it covers their personal interests and commitments to circles around them, to the voters. This was announced to Lili Marinkova in the studio "FACT" and the show "Conversation" by Kristiyan Ivanov, a financial expert.
„Months ago, politicians "They are testing the nerves of society" how they will react, but in any case we see that they are not taking into account the recommendations of business, which reacted quite sharply this time. It is clear that business has something to give and must give, because we are constantly talking about a "small state", which means more personal initiative, less state interference, "the expert added.
“In the conditions of COVID, we saw how business, especially in our latitudes, got on private planes and yachts and went to some secluded warm places to save themselves and protect their lives. That is, business, when there is a crisis, looks to the state. The state is distributing more funds now, because we will have about 45% of expenses from the Gross Domestic Product. However, this does not make the state stronger. These are more funds that the state is distributing for various reasons. Some are loans, these are not assets that the state has seized as business units and is distributing in times of crisis. During COVID, we were looking for the state, but after the pandemic, we have higher expenses. Given the war that is raging not only in Ukraine, but it is not the closest to us, things are not calm. The Green Deal is also a big expense that has burdened the budgets of the European Union. Some 4 trillion euros and 6 trillion dollars were printed in America, which we will pay in the end“, said Ivanov.
“When we talk about a small country, we must realize that the budget now covers the interests of some cunning people, greedy people. The rulers are buying some poor people at the price of what business will pay, and what future generations will pay“, the expert added.
