A survey conducted by Channel 12 found that a majority of Israelis do not think Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should run in the next election.
When asked if he should run again, 52% of respondents said "no", while 41% said "yes", and the remaining 7% said they were unsure, AP reported.
When asked who should take over as leader of Netanyahu's Likud party, 48% of respondents said no are certain or would not choose any of the proposed options.
Among the options were former Mossad chief Yossi Cohen, Minister of Strategic Affairs Ron Dermer, Defense Minister Israel Katz, and others.
