Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov Told Reporters: "No, There Will Be No Russian Representatives in Turkey Tomorrow. For Now, These Contacts Are Being Conducted Without Russian Participation. We are waiting for information about what will actually be discussed in Istanbul," TASS reported.

Peskov added that Moscow considers the deal with France to supply fighter jets to Ukraine to be regrettable and said that it does not contribute to peace, Reuters reported. The agency recalls that yesterday Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that he had signed a memorandum of intent with Paris to acquire up to 100 "Rafale" F4 fighter jets.
