The Russian strategic missile forces have conducted military exercises in the Siberian region, including camouflaged movements of Yars intercontinental ballistic missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads. This was reported by Reuters, citing the Russian Defense Ministry, reports News.bg.
During the exercises, the crews practiced various actions, including the use of camouflage to conceal the movement of missile systems on the ground.
In addition, training was conducted to respond to simulated enemy attacks, as well as to counter air attacks.
According to the information, Russia regularly conducts such exercises of its strategic nuclear forces in order to test combat readiness and demonstrate deterrence potential. This is happening against the backdrop of increased tension with NATO countries related to the war in Ukraine.
