The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that it had successfully test-fired an intercontinental ballistic missile rocket at the "Kapustin Yar" training ground in the southern Astrakhan region, reported Reuters, quoted by BTA.
"On April 12, 2024, from the 4th state central intercontinental training ground "Kapustin Yar" in the Astrakhan Region, the combat crew of the Strategic Missile Forces conducted a successful launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile from a mobile ground-based missile system. The obtained results confirm the high reliability of Russian missiles in ensuring the strategic security of the Russian Federation. The launch tasks have been completed in full," the Ministry of Defense said, quoted by TASS.
