North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un oversees the test launch of new multi-purpose projectiles missile launchers, reported the Central Security Agency.
Kim did not fail to boast that they would strengthen Pyongyang's artillery forces. He observed the event of the firing of the 240 mm projectiles. They were produced at the recently established National Defense Industrial Enterprise.
Kim stressed that the enterprise must "definitely fulfill this year's ammunition production plan in quality".
The industrial plant was established as part of the country's Second Economic Commission, which is in charge of munitions production in North Korea.
Pyongyang is one of the main suppliers of projectiles for the Russian army in Ukraine.
