Ukrainian armed forces used HIMARS for the first time to attack the Kursk region of the Russian Federation. The building of the Federal Security Service was hit.

The UNIAN agency recalls that at the end of May, the United States lifted the ban on the use of American weapons provided to Ukraine for strikes on Russian territory.
Later, the White House specified that the Russians could be beaten not only on the border with Kharkiv Oblast, but also on the territories adjacent to Sumy Oblast. It recently emerged that the Ukrainian military has been allowed to use longer-range missiles provided by the US to strike targets in Russia – as long as they are for military purposes of the Russian aggressor.
