Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet today with Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong, the Singaporean government announced, as quoted by Reuters and BTA.
Today begins Modi's two-day visit to Singapore, during which he will also meet Singapore President Tharman Shanmugaratnam and former prime ministers Lee Hsien Loong and Goh Cho Tun. This will be his fifth visit to Singapore.
In addition, the Indian Prime Minister will meet Singaporean business leaders, including representatives of the semiconductor industry.
Along with Modi in Singapore will be representatives of the Indian government, including the foreign minister and the national security adviser.
