Russian President Vladimir Putin and “dictators like him” could divide the world if Europe and the world fail to stand united and stand together against Russian aggression. This is what Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky warned in an interview with CNN journalist Farid Zakaria.
The most important thing is that this war can change Europe and the rest of the world, Zelensky said.
„They (European leaders) must understand that war is near. If the world does not understand that we must live in unity, Putin and some such guys you know can divide the world and eat it into pieces like a pie,”, warned the Ukrainian president. “That is why we need this unity. I hope this war has changed the thinking of the people and the thinking of the leaders,” he added.
Ukrinform recalls that representatives of the president and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs refuted a publication in the German newspaper “Bild” that Ukraine has plans to agree to any “war freeze”.
