"We have to use the enemy's known weapons, despite a number of obvious legal problems... It is worth thinking about creating an open public database of our enemies to reveal their personal data,” Medvedev wrote on his Telegram channel.
In the same message, he warns all "enemies of Russia” with "imminent retribution”. They should know that "they will come for them," Medvedev emphasized.
