The Kremlin declined to comment on whether Russia helped North Korea develop of missile technology, calling this issue specialized and better to be solved by the Ministry of Defense, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.

North Korea said it had test-fired an intercontinental ballistic missile today, upgrading what it called the world's "most powerful strategic weapon". The test comes as Seoul warns that Pyongyang could receive missile technology from Russia in exchange for help in the war in Ukraine.

The Kremlin also said the Ukrainian leadership was clearly nervous about Russia's progress on the front line, with Kiev asking the US to provide long-range Tomahawk missiles. with a range of 2,500 km, much more than any missile that Ukraine has in its arsenal, notes Reuters.

Zelensky stated in a video message that Kiev made such a request.
