The Russian Defense Ministry said today that its forces have reached Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region and are advancing there, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.
Moscow also announced that Russian troops have captured the settlement of Zarya (Dawn in Ukrainian) in Donetsk region.
