Be sure – Vladimir Putin and his generals are terrified and in a panic after the US showed the whole world how ineffective Russian air defenses in Iran are and how easily they can be overcome.
The British newspaper The Telegraph writes that the incredible demonstration of American military power (against nuclear facilities in Iran) – and the Israeli operations before it – clearly showed the fragility of Russian air defense systems. These events will shake the very foundations of the Russian military.
The simple fact is that Israeli aircraft acted at their own discretion in Iranian airspace. Then, unperturbed, American B-2 bombers (as well as submarines) with exceptional precision struck the designated targets in Iran, including the Fordo bunker complex for uranium enrichment.
This entire operation was carried out without any problems - despite the presence of Russian air defense systems in Iran, Russian fighter jets, and a Russian defense concept in general. This, to be sure, has caused panic in Moscow.
The US and Israel have shown that they can not only strike Iran's nuclear facilities, but also eliminate high-ranking Iranian military leaders and nuclear scientists.
It is now even clearer that America has complete superiority over Russian systems, and if Donald Trump decides, he could inflict a complete military defeat on Putin - or eliminate him personally - by arming Ukraine with the same weapons that Israel has.
Let's hope that now that Trump is emboldened by his success in Iran, this demonstration of superior military power to the Kremlin - backed up by some strong enough messages - will convince Putin to sit down at the negotiating table. If Trump achieves this, he may well receive the Nobel Peace Prize he so desperately dreams of, and deserves.
