Iran has launched a wave of missiles at Israel minutes before the ceasefire was to take effect, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced, quoted by Reuters, writes BTA.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said that the attack was in response to the deadly strikes carried out by Israel.
A statement from the Guards indicated that 14 missiles were fired at military sites in Israel. The Iranian armed forces added that they would continue to monitor the "enemy with open and vigilant eyes".
According to information from the Ministry of Health, at least 610 civilians were killed and more than 4,700 were injured during the war launched by Israel on June 13 against Iran, AFP reported.
