“The damage to the Ukrainian military-industrial complex from the operation is colossal and incomparable to the damage to Russia from the operation "Cobweb" of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine,“ the FSB said in a statement quoted by Russian media.

It is not specified when the strikes were carried out, and the Ukrainian authorities have not commented yet the allegations.

The “Sapsan“ ballistic missiles have a range of up to 500-700 kilometers. The FSB statement refers to Operation “Cobweb“ on June 1, in which Ukrainian special services attacked four Russian air bases with FPV drones. According to SBU data, up to 41 strategic aircraft were destroyed or disabled at that time.
