Three people were killed and ten others were injured in a night shooting at a club in Brooklyn, NBC reports. The deceased are 19, 27 and 35 years old, News.bg reports.
The incident took place at Taste of the City Lounge on “Franklin Avenue“ in the “Crown Heights“ neighborhood. The report was filed at 3:27 a.m., with police teams arriving at the scene just minutes later.
According to preliminary information, the shooting broke out after an argument in the crowded club. Up to four gunmen are believed to have been involved in the shooting.
Forty-two spent 9mm and .45 caliber shells were found at the scene, along with a firearm whose connection to the incident is still being determined.
No arrests have been made yet, and authorities are appealing for information. Police believe the shooting is gang-related.
The injured were taken to hospitals and are not in life-threatening condition.
