The group of companies of "LUKOIL" in Bulgaria sent to the media the official position on the appointment of Rumen Spetsov as special commercial manager of the companies.
The statement makes it clear that his role is to guarantee strict and stable management of the companies. From "Lukoil" indicate that fuel supplies and the production process will not be interrupted, reports "Focus".

In connection with a decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria No. 796 of 14.11.2025, Rumen Penkov Spetsov has been officially appointed as a special commercial manager of the companies “Lukoil Neftochim Burgas“, “Lukoil Bulgaria“, “Lukoil Aviation“ and “Lukoil – Bulgaria – Bunker“. The appointment was made in accordance with the Law on the Administrative Regulation of Economic Activities Related to Oil and Petroleum Products.
The role of Mr. Rumen Spetsov is to ensure strict and stable management of the companies, which will continue to carry out their operational and commercial activities in full transparency and in accordance with regulatory requirements. Fuel supplies and the production process will not be interrupted. Strict financial control will be applied in absolute compliance with international regulations and sanction regimes.
