The special commercial manager of „Lukoil“ Rumen Spetsov continues with the large-scale personnel changes in the structure of the oil company in Bulgaria. After taking control of the refinery in Burgas, the former director of the National Revenue Agency took action to change the management of the subsidiary companies.
A check in the Commercial Register shows that Spetsov has submitted documents for the deletion of the managers of „Lukoil Bulgaria“, „Lukoil Aviation Bulgaria“ and „Lukoil-Bulgaria Bunker“. The applications are in the process of being processed by the Registry Agency as of today.
Alexander Velichkov, who took the position of manager of „Lukoil Bulgaria“ after the resignation of Valentin Zlatev, was dismissed from his position. The company manages the company's chain of gas stations in the country. Despite his removal from the operational management of the commercial part, Velichkov currently retains his position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the refinery “Lukoil Neftochim Burgas“.
The changes also affect other key units. The manager of “Lukoil Aviation Bulgaria“ (aviation fuel trade) and “Lukoil-Bulgaria Bunker“ (marine fuel) have been removed from their posts. Until now, these positions were held by Russian citizen Mikhail Sizov.
With the entry into force of the changes, Rumen Spetsov will become the sole manager of all three commercial companies. His actions follow the line of assuming full operational control over the assets of the Russian company, which is under sanctions.
We recall that a week ago, Spetsov also dismissed Evgeni Manyakhin from the post of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Lukoil Neftokhim Burgas“ refinery, taking away his representative power. Manyakhin remained only an ordinary member of the Board of Directors.
