The banner with a spelling error, displayed by „Vazrazhdane“ during the discussions in the plenary hall on whether to have a referendum on the euro on December 3, is a provocation. The party stated this and added that the goal was to reopen the topic in society. The word „refereRendum“ was written on the poster, which caused both criticism and ridicule.
„During the long breaks waiting for their representative, at the idea of „Movement 23”, with which „Vazrazhdane” signed a partnership a few months ago, an artistic provocation was held. An artistic banner attracted the attention of everyone - from the most apathetic to the most ardent supporters of the euro,“ the party responds.
They add that the campaign with the banner became an occasion for the referendum topic to be covered in many media and caused a furor on social networks.
