Yesterday we had the opportunity to enjoy the acting skills of a totally confused person, who unfortunately currently holds the position of acting Minister of Internal Affairs. Appointed to this key post with the main task of covering up the sinister case with six corpses (Petrohan-Okolchitsa), in which representatives of the PP-DB are directly involved, and secondly to organize elections with “our Ministry of Internal Affairs“.
This was published on his Facebook page by the former Minister of Internal Affairs and currently a deputy from "DPS- Novo nacholo" Kalin Stoyanov on the actions of the acting Minister of Internal Affairs Emil Dechev. Here is more from Stoyanov's comment:
The same Dechev, who in just one day removed 19 directors of regional directorates of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, solemnly declared that I had also made similar changes. Therefore, I will explain to him again, once again, the following:
1. Unlike him, I took the post of Minister of Internal Affairs after 23 years of service in the system. This gave me the opportunity to know both the people I dismissed and those I appointed in their place.
2. For three months, I worked with these people and gradually made the necessary changes.
3. I selected my team as a minister within a regular government, not a service cabinet.
After he unprecedentedly dismissed 25 out of 28 regional directors, three directors of main directorates and a number of other senior officials, someone apparently suggested to him to explain that the dismissals were carried out “after discussion”. The reality, however, is obvious to everyone - this is a political purge.
He also claims that he removed the director of the General Directorate of the Police, who, according to him, had nothing to do with the Petrokhan-Okolchitsa investigation, since "he did not go to inspections, did not collect shell casings and physical evidence, did not order expert examinations (forensic and ballistic), did not question witnesses". This is true, but Dechev refrained from saying that the director of the General Directorate of the Police is the head of the employees carrying out the procedural actions he listed.
The most ridiculous thing, however, was Dechev's claim that he "knew nothing" about the Petrokhan-Okolchitsa case. Can you imagine the Minister of Internal Affairs knowing nothing about the case that shook the whole of Bulgaria. According to him, the deputies knew more because the prosecutor had provided them with materials in the National Assembly.
Dechev, are you serious?
Then call your guru Mirchev or Nasko Atanasov, maybe they can tell you something from these materials. Shameful.
It also turned out that this was the first time he had heard about the fire in the "Petrohan" hut and even asked the host to tell him an approximate date so he could "check the case".
This man deserves an "Oscar" for best role in the "Heard Us, Saw Us" category.
And by the way, let someone from his "professional" team explain to him that in the town of Primorsko there is a District Administration, not a Precinct. The difference is approximately the distance from Primorsko to Petrohan.
