Nikola Nikolov, known by his nickname Pascal, has reached an agreement with the prosecutor's office in the so-called customs case. He admitted his guilt and received a suspended sentence of 2 years and 8 months in prison with a probationary period of 4 years. The information was published on the website of the Sofia City Court on March 26, according to a NOVA check.
In addition to the punishment, he was also fined 12,782 euros. After approval by the court, such an agreement has the force of a final judgment and is not subject to appeal to a higher instance.
