In the next National Assembly, only two political forces will not be able to form a government. This is what the mathematician Prof. Mihail Konstantinov said in “Offensive with Lyubo Ognyanov” on NovaNews.
The forecast for the distribution of mandates in the next National Assembly of Konstantinov is: from 10 to 15 deputies will lose PP-DB, i.e. from 62 will fall to 50; “Revival” they will receive part of the number dropped by PP-DB; GERB will increase the result with 2 to 5 deputies, who also come from the fallen number of PP-DB.
The mathematician said that the distribution of mandates for euro elections will be 5 for GERB, 4 for Vazrazhdane, 3 for PP-DB and DPS, 2 for BSP.
He stated that holding 2-in-1 elections is not difficult to organize. The professor is of the opinion that the best option is to have the elections on one day. The mathematician believes that if the vote is not 2 to 1, the voter turnout will be lower.
The mathematician is of the opinion that Dimitar Glavchev's office will "handle it", and the appointment of the new ministers will be coordinated with President Radev.
