When asked whether we can expect personal changes among the official ministers at the very beginning, Slavkova answered that even if some of them are replaced, “there will still be dissatisfied people”.
Regarding the elections themselves, the sociologist predicts that the 2 in 1 vote will increase voter turnout for the European elections in addition to the parliamentary ones.
According to her, voter turnout always increases when there is a new political entity, but for the moment one is not visible on the horizon.
The situation in the last nine months of the administration of the assembly may lead to a penalty vote and people go to vote, Evelina Slavkova admitted.
