BEH removed Denitsa Zlateva from the directorship in "Bulgargaz". The place is taken by Veselin Sinabov.
The changes enter into force from the day the decisions are entered in the Commercial Register at the Registration Agency, until new tender procedures are held.
By decision of the Board of Directors (BoD) of “Bulgarian Energy Holding” EAD has made a change in the management of “Bulgargaz” EAD. Denitsa Zlateva's resignation was accepted, and Dimitar Spasov and Tatyana Petrova-Boyadzhieva were dismissed from the company's Board of Directors. Mihail Milkov, Bianka Racheva and Marin Filipovski will take their place, the press center of the Holding announced.
With a decision of the Board of Directors of “Bulgargaz” EAD appointed Veselin Sinabov as the executive director of the company. From August 2022 until now, Veselin Sinabov is the director of the “Natural Gas Trade” and member of the Board of Directors of “Bulgargaz” EAD.
