Inspections for illegally located caravans and campers in state and municipal lands continue and this week. On April 19 and 21 /Friday and Sunday/, the commission will again inspect state properties in Vromos Bay. This was announced by the local administration of Burgas.
Law enforcement will monitor compliance with the deadlines for voluntary removal orders already issued by the owners, as well as for new campers.
The first proceedings for the forced removal of wheeled vehicles due to illegally occupied state territory are also being prepared. So far, numerous other violations have been established – enclosure of forest areas, pollution with small and large-sized waste, violation of fire prevention rules in the fire season, mining of sea sand, construction of illegal wells, setting up a tent in a ravine, etc.
At a working meeting in the Burgas Regional Administration, the interdepartmental commission also discussed the inspection of the so-called camping “Topoli“ in Vromos Bay. In the Municipality of Sozopol, RIOSV and OD Agriculture, files have been created regarding his activity, and the Economic Police and the NRA will be involved in their inspection.
Next week, the examiners move to the fishing village of Cengene Skele, where, as a result of reports from citizens, photos of numerous caravans, campers, vans, motor boats, etc. were presented.
The properties that will be inspected at Chenge Skele have identifiers: 07079.10.937, 07079.10.973, 07079.10.945, 07079.10.1181, 07079.10.1238, 07079.10.1232 according to the Burgas City Civil Code.
