„We continue the Change – Democratic Bulgaria“ determined the leaders of the lists for the upcoming elections for the National Assembly, as well as the lists of candidates for the European elections, on June 9, 2024, reported the press center of the formation, quoted by BNT.
The co-chairs of "Continuing the Change" Kiril Petkov and Asen Vassilev head two lists for people's representatives each. Petkov is the leader of the lists in 23 MIR Sofia and 14 MIR Pernik, and Vassilev in 16 MIR Plovdiv and 29 MIR Haskovo. Former Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov also leads the lists in two multi-mandate constituencies - 2 MIR Burgas and 30 MIR Shumen. Bogdan Bogdanov is at the top of the lists in 15 MIR Pleven and 17 MIR Plovdiv - region.
The co-chairman of "Democratic Bulgaria" Hristo Ivanov is at the top of the list in 24 MIR Sofia.
The list of PP-DB in 25 MIR Sofia, where the leadership battles are traditionally held, is headed by rapper Hristo Petrov, better known as Itso Hazarta.
The list of candidates for the European Parliament is headed by Nikola Minchev. In second place there is Stefan Tafrov, followed by Daniel Laurer. In addition to being a candidate for MEP, Laurer also heads the lists for people's representatives in 3 MIR Varna.
