Not only today, every day we must realize that the dignity of a society, its prosperity, standard of living, authority are directly related to his attitude towards knowledge. President Rumen Radev said this to journalists on the occasion of May 24 - Day of the holy brothers Cyril and Methodius, of the Bulgarian alphabet, education and culture and of Slavic literature, BTA reports.
The head of state will take part in the solemn procession on the occasion of the holiday and the official ceremony in front of the National Library “St. St. Cyril and Methodius“.
„Happy brightest holiday to all compatriots. Today we bow before the work of the holy brothers, before all Bulgarian educators”, President Rumen Radev also said.
