„It is clear that Kalin Stoyanov he will not be able to be Minister of the Interior, I think it is obvious. It will be replaced, but…we saw with the Attorney General – we removed Geshev, added Sarafov, there is no significant change in the work of the prosecutor's office. It is possible to get the same here”. This was stated in the show “This Saturday and Sunday” on bTV Anton Kutev, former spokesman of the offices of Stefan Yanev and Galab Donev, as well as a former MP from the BSP.

In his words, the responsibility of the re-elected caretaker prime minister, Dimitar Glavchev, is to hold elections that will reflect the will of the people.

„I wouldn't say that the previous ones were exactly like that. They reflected in general, no doubt, but that there was interference is also no doubt. Hopefully these are a little different. Glavchev should be able to do this, because there are no other special achievements," Kutev said.

According to him, it is very likely that the new interior minister is also related to Delyan Peevski, whatever concerns they have in PP-DB. “He (Peevski – ed. note) is a person with great possibilities. Since he has had an interior minister so far, why not in the future. Let's hope it won't be. He must be equidistant from everyone”, Kutev pointed out, and according to him, the distance between the ministers was present before the changes in the Constitution, but now it is not.

Kutev does not believe that President Rumen Radev will take a stance on the composition of Glavchev's cabinet, after he did so on that of Gorica Grancharova-Kozhareva. “The problem is what the Bulgarians will get from all this work, whether there will be a change in the end. There are big problems in health care, education, the social sphere, they were not solved, but deepened, Kutev pointed out. According to him, people are waiting for a messiah “He may be a person who bets on the true values or he may be a pure populist. The probability that he is a populist is much greater, Kutev added.

Messia could be the president, but he obviously does not want to enter that role, Kutev believes. He does not expect Radev to enter the political scene in another form, unless he is brought to an impasse. “Delyan Peevski says several times that he wants to see him on the political scene – obviously not in the presidential elections, because Peevski does not appear, but wants to be on the party field, because he is convinced, for what reason is another topic, that he will win more votes there, Kutev said.

Regarding Peevski's attacks on Radev, Kutev said that the DPS co-chairman appears every day with his “unpleasant face” to gather more hatred. “He has a 2% rating, for you to want to rule with that much, you either have to be a dictator or a crook,”, Kutev said. He pointed out that the problem is that cash flows are distributed from politics to business through public procurement, BDB, and then at the elections they are returned to the politicians. “This roundabout is corruption. They make a closed circle. "In order for a new player to enter politics, he has to pay," Kutev said.

After the next extraordinary parliamentary elections, he expects “more of the same, but sadder”. Political representation in the parliament will be illegitimate, because few people vote. “Exit is a replacement of the party-political system we are observing. These people we watch on the screen are criminally threatened. There are grounds for prosecuting them under the Criminal Code. Which is a reason for them to stay in power," Kutev said.
